Okay, I'm gonna be real with you. I'm back, like I never left, and I gotta tell y'all something. I got a really cool project I'm about to drop for y'all all right, I'm about to show y'all some of Louisiana's finest. Okay? And in reality, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so I really can't sit up here and tell you that everybody out there is gonna like every person that's on my screen or your screen, because you're gonna be watching it, you're gonna, oh, by the way, this is a perfect time to tell you. Go ahead and click that link in my bio, subscribe to the Patreon and just go ahead and just literally listen to these testimonies, but also be able to get a visual representation. But this time, I'm allowing them to actually speak to y'all, so y'all can actually hear how they feel, all right? And in reality, bruh, you gotta get over it. Because, yes, we love the Lord, but sometimes we might have our thigh out. You gotta go ahead. You gotta get over it. You gotta get over that. There's also an order. There's a uniform that you know, that we have to wear so that we can kind of make this applicable and approachable for what we really need to do. You get I'm saying. So if you really already tuning in to the Patreon, I want you to stay tuned, because this is my birthday gift to me. You get what I'm saying. You got to understand I'm showing a lot of the women that might be overlooked, and I'm talking about my South Side shorties. Can we talk about it? No, everybody got a label of what they can call themselves. I saw real the other day, and I said, you know, I gotta talk about this. I literally have to talk about this. One of the things that I gotta talk about on Shalom speaks is the fact that bruh, a lot of people out here feeling overlooked. And I don't know who it's for, but I'm gonna say a lot of people, just to chop it up real slim, okay, but I mean, I'm gonna be real with you. I haven't introduced myself to you guys because I consider y'all my family, so y'all should already know, and if you don't know, I'm gonna give you a one on one, on who and what I know, who I am and what I do. Okay, hi. My name is Donna Shalom. I'm from the south. I don't run the South. Y'all heard me say that to y'all a couple years back. I'ma still say it, y'all want to be mans who literally, he wanted them ones. I ain't gonna lie. He a good catch. That's why he about to be out here on my screen when I'm on y'all screen when I'm in his city, because, in reality, he got a word he like talking, and he really wanted them ones. But because you can't get in alignment and become compromised and also become one of them ones and be a P 31 you might be missing out, but they ain't know me okay, because on Judgment Day, he not gonna ask me about if you missed out or not. You know I'm saying, he just gonna, he gonna, kind of get it popping with me, not kinda. He's gonna get it popping with me on what it is that he gotta deal with me about. It's not about to be Ha, ha, ha. Let's go see this is what I'm saying. Let's talk about it. Let's talk about it. Let's talk about it. I gotta hit up one of my homegirls. Listen on this particular spot. What's the, what's the major highlights in that area? I'm gonna be real with you. I'm in the city for a couple nights, and I'm about to be talking to your baby daddy, and not the way you think that I'm about to be talking to him. No, we actually about to be talking because he really a good one, and he love you, but because he like men in this season, we just not communicating how we supposed to be communicating. I'ma be real with you, good dog. This is the reason why I like talking to your baby daddy, because he a good one. He really got good intentions on trying to make it work with you. I know Keisha and over them the South Side shorties, they making it hard. You know? They really make it hard for a man that lacks self control. Can we talk about it? Shout out to my mama, the literally, the caronesha of the South. I call a lot of people caronesha, but my mama is the caranisha of the South. Okay, you gotta get over there. What that means is, is that the first thing you really need to do is go ahead and COMMENT hashtag Shalom said it, okay. Or you could just say Shalom said it. I just need you to comment Shalom said it so my team can send you that send you that terminology sheet. Okay? And we actually got an updated terminology sheet. All right? We're about to send you both of them because we got the OG one where it's about to break down. What? Keisha, karenisha, Karen, oh. Head, future old head, well, a lot of those things breaking it down in this season, that's what the OG one is, right? That's the basics. If you don't, if you don't understand the terminology, you never gonna be you know, you might be exposed to the information, but if you don't understand the information, then what is it? You know what I'm saying. You gotta be able to understand it, so then you can actually live it, accept it, acknowledge it. So that's why that's the first thing you need to do. Okay, the second sheet is literally when I'm breaking down names like Tyrone, Pookie, Philip Brad, like giving you describing what those things look like, because I'm gonna be real with you. I done met a Tyrone in the South. I never meet a Tyrone from up north. And if y'all got a Tyrone from up north, I need y'all to tag him in the comments, because I need to see if he need to be featured on Shalom set it featuring your baby daddy, because I need to know what the Tyrone is up north. Like you know I'm saying, but I got a down pack for the ones in the south this is the reason why I tell y'all South Side shorties, you gotta get over it, okay, but this is the perfect opportunity to go ahead and tell you what's up family. It's your girl, Donna shalom, okay? For the ones who might be in the classroom that's just coming a little late, all right. My name is Donna Shalom. I empower people to embrace Shalom. Life that God has given to them, okay? I empower people to embrace the life that God has given to them. Get over it. That's what we do. That's how we live it. You know, I'm saying that's what that's what's going down, okay? And you're tuned in to Shalom speaks, where we keep it real, relatable and rooted in God. Okay? Around here, we embrace the life that God gave us, like I just told you, flaws and all, we take the good with the bad. Now listen today's episode. I'm gonna be real with you. He loves the South Side shorties too. That's the part that they don't get. That's the part. That's the reason why he put me here, and I'm a willing vessel to be able to tell y'all guess what, he loves the South Side shorties too. No, I want to talk to Paige. I think it's like Paige Audrey, or Audrey Marie, or something like that. I don't want to mess her name up, but I know she's I've seen her play on so many television shows. I need y'all to tag her in the comments. But because my people from the South be, you know I'm saying, they be, you know what I'm saying. My people up north, they be a little shaky. But my people down south, they kind of like, if they mess with you, they mess with you. If they don't, it's kind of like, okay, I see what Shalom over there trying to do. You know I'm saying they go try and water it down before they ever congratulate. They go try and like you get I'm saying they're gonna try and throw that little shade in there. But it's alright, because Jesus walked with Judas. Okay, I hate to hurt your feelings, but I love to pop the devil's bubble. No, he walked with Judas. You know what that means? It was a lot of shade and hate that he had to go ahead and just push to the side. Why? Because he had a deeper calling and a deeper purpose. And if you listen to the Good Friday experience, then you already know how we going down about my you know, you already know how he got down with that. I mean, I said it come in real close. He loves the South Side shorties too. That's the part that y'all don't get. Yeah, I said it Shalom. Said it. You know, some folks act like Jesus only rose with the clean cut, never messed up. My perfect patties always had it together. Saints, No, Jesus literally like y'all act like Jesus he don't know how to walk the block. You act like he don't walk the block like he ain't familiar with trauma. Come here. Let's talk about it. Single mamas, hood slang, Tiktok dances, but baby, he sees all of that too. He don't skip over you because you got a little hood in your holiness. He loves the ones who are overlooked, the ones who've been labeled, the ones who've been casted out, the ones who had to learn how to pray and fight in the same week. Really, if you from the south day, come on somebody. Let's talk about it. See, when I say South Side shorties, I'm talking about the ones who don't feel seen in the church, no, the one who might who literally only own club wear the one who gets side eyed for his tattoos. Her lash is too long, the skirt too short and skimpy. They're stories, but Jesus, He sees you so clearly. He sat with the woman at the well, like he popped the squat big dog. He didn't just look and keep walking. He sat down. He healed the bleeding woman. He didn't flinch at the woman who poured oil on his feet in front of everybody you think he's scared of your past or your pain girl. He ran towards it. Literally. That's the part. I know. What it feels like, if I'm being honest, to feel too broken to be useful. I've always heard the quote, oh, broken crayons still color. I'm like, yeah, they do, but they don't take away from the fact that they're still broken. But I live just a little bit longer to also know what it's like to sit in the back and wonder if anybody sees your effort because you're too focused on your edge. But can I tell you something? I lived a little longer, and I'm happy to say I'm living proof. Grace hits so different when you know you needed it. Y'all not ready for me. So South Side shorties, bro, this, this y'all sign. This is for you. You don't gotta perform for Jesus, he already picked you like he literally looked out and still picked you. He already called you and the same folks who doubted you, the same ones who talked about you, the same ones who laughed at you, Brad, they gonna have to sit there and watch you walk in your purpose, your divine purpose. Let me ask you this, though, where have you hidden parts of yourself thinking, God couldn't use it. Think about that question real. That's your homework. I give homework on my podcast. You have to literally get over that. I'm gonna be doing this tomorrow, bro, the Lord didn't already call qualified, justified, glorified what it is that he had me doing. I promise you, you're gonna have to go ahead and take a deep breath. And your baby daddy told me to focus on the air that's touching your nostrils coming in. Can we talk about it? He real that he's that descriptive? No, literally, he's that descriptive. The Northeast. Is it the Northeast? Yes, the Northeast DMV area. Can we talk about it? Y'all do it. Y'all do it different. I ain't saying I don't like it. Y'all just do it. Different. Y'all do it real different. Some of my people of northborough, I gotta bring them down south. No, I gotta bring them down south. They gotta know what it feels like to be in the boot. They gotta know what it feels like to be in the boot. I'ma be real with you, though. Back to this question. I need you to answer it at some point, and you gotta be right now. But if you don't have an answer for it right now, try to find the answer by the end of the day. If you can't do it by the end of the day, bro, I'm gonna be real with you. By a week. You ought to be able to have at least one word written down or what you believe or as an answer or a confirmation to the question I just asked you. But for y'all, that's, you know, a little slow, but you worth waiting on. I'm gonna be real with you. Maybe you don't want to rewind. I'm gonna ask you now my mama did pay for higher education. That don't mean it always come out as the way it should. That's another thing you'll have to get over. See on my podcast, we learn how to get over things. Why? Because we learn how to embrace things in order to get to the point a lot of y'all baby daddies was in my DM saying, Oh, I'm trying to be like, You enjoying the life that God gave me. I'm like, bro, it's way deeper than that, because you don't see the times where I gotta cry because I feel like nobody there in a room full of people, but I feel like I can't even count on one of y'all to have my back dog. I'ma be real with you. The Lord ain't never did me wrong. That's the reason why I gotta hurt a lot of y'all feelings in this season. No. Why you not preaching yet? Can we talk about it? Why you not listening? Because whether you gonna call expect me to be in a pulpit. Imma call it a podcast, either way, the message still gets presented the same. No, I watched a video on Instagram the other day, literally, it was this woman saying, well, y'all gotta deal with a whole bunch of ninjas. That's the word I'ma say, because my baby cousin said, are you working on the adult version? Are you working on the baby version or the kitty version? I said, I'm working on the adult, but I'ma go back to the kitty, and it's like, it's crazy, because I gotta, I gotta code switch, in a way, parents, this is the reason why certain you know anatomical parts of the body I might describe another way, because you might not be ready to introduce your child to that concept. You get I'm saying, but that I still don't feel like that. I'd have to kick him out the room, because you can kind of explain how you need to explain. You get what I'm saying. Like, let's talk about it. Take a deep breath in parents. We're gonna get through this. Because I know you never really had a mama yourself. You get I'm saying the mama you had and the mama that your younger siblings had. It's different. So I'm gonna be real with you. I get it, but take a deep breath, hold it, and then let it go, because we gonna get over it. Okay? We're literally gonna heal from it, and we're gonna be to that that dependent what they need us to be. Let's talk about it. You're not ready to talk to me, though. I'm ready to talk but I've also have been ready to listen. And parents, just because you all that in a bag of chips, you know what I'm saying? You too old of a hog to be called a pig. That don't mean you never have to actually sit at the feet of somebody else, and listen, you get, I'm saying, sit like even if it's your child. Because think about Jesus. He sat at the woman with the well, don't you know Jesus could have been having everything going the way they're supposed to be in his life. Yeah. And still, he took a moment out of his time and say, No, I'ma sit with you. I'ma sit with you. And what you in because sometimes you see this is why your circle's so important. I literally talked to a group of people about power and partnership. No ever get to some of y'all classrooms. I'ma talk about power and partnerships. No, you want to know why? Because the reality it matters who you connected to, bro, I don't care who you are. I don't care what your homeboy said. I don't care. It matters who you connected to. You show me your friends. I promise you, big dog, I'ma show you where you go end up. You show me your friends. I'ma show you you gonna land somewhere in this vicinity. And the old people always told me that, because that's easy to call them, that it's easy to cast them out because of they older. No, they don't know how to the only thing your grandmama probably is not the best at doing is explaining to you what you need to hear in the way that you receive it, because you're a different generation. But outside of that, bro, take the delivery away from it. Take the take the tone away from it. Take the all of get the message. What we do on my podcast is we remove the mess. We talk about the mess, though, to each his own. The Lord looks at intention, but we talk about the mess. We address the mess on my podcast. Every podcast might not be like this. Ours is okay. So I address the mess on as you know, on the podcast, but in reality, we always focus on the message. And the message is, is that the Lord still gonna love you and expect certain things from you based on your net, oh, I don't know, based on, based on what that's the question. That's another piece of homework. That's another that's another homework question. Let me ask you this, though, where have you hidden parts of yourself thinking, God, couldn't use that. I want you to reflect on that this week. Okay, write it down, speak it out loud, and then what I want you to do is I want you to take a deep breath, the same way we've been talking about it, let it out. But then I want you to also just literally give that to God. What does that look like? I can tell you what it looks it looks like a lot of things. It looked like when you sit down at that table and you order two orders of those appetizing lamb chops, because. This is what you own. And then you got, like, a little side arugula salad with candy, pecans and feta cheese, and, you know, I'm saying, a couple walnuts and all that, you know, a couple strawberries with a nice pepper jelly vinaigrette. Y'all not ready to talk to me, but I'm from the south, so you got to get over it. We love food, if we don't, nothing else. No, I'm gonna be real with you. Literally, cuisine, Christ and cuss words, literally. Let's talk about it. It looks like not having to worry about that total price. Okay, but can I tell you something? He gonna still love us the same on judgment day? He's still gonna expect good from us. No, he's still gonna look at us as white as snow, no matter if we from the south, the North, the east, the West, the northeast, whatever you want to call it, because in reality, bro over here, me and mine, we actually, we don't perform. We embrace and baby the kingdom got room for your real, your mess, your homegirl. I don't even want to say hate a raid, because was, was Judas a hater, or was was Judas a hater, or was Judas just envious? Was he jealous, or was he in so these are the questions I gotta like. These are the questions I ask. Can we talk about it? Because if the Lord look at our heart and he just like out of the mouth the abundance of the heart speaks, is that, how that scripture goes true or false, true or false? If it's false, correct me in the comments. You know how we get down over here. A lot of y'all scared, though. Y'all taking it, copying the link and sending it to the group chat. I ain't mad at you. I love it. Can I tell you why I love it? Because, in reality, bruh, when it's all said and done, as long as y'all talk about it and your boldest homegirl, shoot me back from the group chat, back to literally, like in the comments. I'm cool with it, but if none of y'all homegirl is bold enough to say something, I mean, just still copy the link and talk about it, because at least y'all getting, at least we got some conversation and, you know, learn how to communicate you kind of people, your homegirl out like, hey, maybe we're not as equally yoga as we thought we were because, if anything, that's what these conversations and these questions are making you come to terms with in this season. You got to get over that, because that ain't got nothing to do with me or your baby daddy, and I don't want them that don't mean I ain't chilling by his house, though, because we actually have good conversation. Get over it. I want to tell y'all Thank you, literally, because a lot of y'all support what I'm doing. A lot of y'all, like, confused about where to get to what, like, what I'm doing. These are the things I want you to do as long as you hear my podcast or see my podcast on somebody's screen at some point and you'll change from it. Bruh, keep tuning in. Keep listening. It kind of it used to hurt my little feelings that you never putting in the comments. I mean, I got over it because a lot of y'all was trying to DM me, and which is still helping. So it's like, the crazy part about it is, I love to talk. And hence, why? Hence, why we have a podcast. Um, but in reality, as long as you, like, are ready and bold and, honored and excited to tell your story. And you have a message from your story, bro, we want to hear it. We literally want to, you know, I'm saying we want to laugh about it. We want to do all the things because not laugh about it, but laugh with you about it. Because certain things are not going to lie. If you have the choice to sit there and focus on all the bad I'm crazy enough to believe you got the choice to sit there and focus on all of the good. Now, if you sit there and look out into the forest and all you see are the dead trees and the brown parts and the lack of water and all of this that. And third, you get, I'm saying that's all you're gonna see for the rest of your life. But if you crazy enough to sit there and focus on the green, no, let's talk about it. Why you think the Lord told you somewhere in a good book that literally, you supposed to have self control, you supposed to have peace, you supposed to have love, you supposed to be joyful, like these are the things he wants you to have. He didn't say the hottest Jays. He didn't say all the money in the world. He never said Keisha man. What he said was self control. I just said that it's hard for me to believe that cheating was an accident. That was the first thing I said. Like, when people get to saying, like, oh, cheating is an accident, like, I didn't mean to cheat. No, you sat there and you like, you knew that would hurt me if you would've did that. You didn't know how to communicate. What were you unhappy with? They said, when someone somebody's cheating, is because they were unhappy about something and they didn't know how to communicate. I said, that's a that's a great that's a great perspective. But can I ask a question? I always have to hit you with that. Can I ask a question? Because I really want to know that I know I'm not the only person thinking like this. That's what I want to see. Can somebody else bring a different perspective so we can talk about something and understand them? I can form a better opinion about what I believe. I don't see it as a debate. No, a debate. One of us got to win. Both of us can win when you leave with love. That's what we do over here. All right, you got to get over it. You and Yours hating and in reality, it's crazy, because your homegirl would pull up to the party letting you wear like ripped jeans when she. Know It was like business formal, like, that's how you and yours get down. She letting you come looking confused, not me and mine. No, if we gotta both kind of dress something similar or different, so we can be on the same page, I'm gonna be real with you. That's how we moving. You want to know why we keeping it real? We keeping it a stack with each other. We're not if this is the question I do have to ask y'all, what's wrong with somebody sharing clothes? Can I ask? What is the problem? If I know that I have clothes and I'm probably about to get rid of or throw away and I give them to my homegirl, she don't have to spend her hard earned money on buying them new and I wore them one time. She about to see a totally different group of people. So can I honestly ask you, what's the bad stigma behind that? Because I don't, like, those are the questions I'm trying to ask you, baby mama. You know what I'm saying and like, I don't know. I just got to make sure that your baby mama is one and one, like one in the mornings, because if she not dog, I'ma tell you. We got to talk about it, because your partner, bro, I don't know who it's for, but I got to keep it real with you today. Your partner is not your partner, and it's all right, take a deep breath and get over it. Because I'm sure Jesus had to do the same. No, at some point he had to come to the realization. Like, Judas really not in my corner. Judas kind of like, what was the level that Jesus allowed Judas in on? Because, in one sense, your baby daddy and my DMs asking what he need to do with my content. Should he like it? Share it, comment, subscribe. What you would tell him? I'm gonna be real with you. I'm like lotto. In this season, lotto said, Baby, I need the world, the sun and the moon. What I need you to do is repopulate, share it, get it where it needs to be. No, let's talk about it. Because you not ready to talk about it. I'm ready to talk about it, though that's crazy, and I don't know who it's for, but the Lord never told you to take your eyes off of it, just because it didn't happen in time period you wanted it to happen in. Don't mean jack. Let's talk about it. Let's talk about it. You're not ready to talk about it. You're literally not ready to talk about it. But the second you get ready to talk about it, bro, I'm talking like the second, like, Baby, the second you get ready to talk about it. I need you to click that link and fill out that form, because I promise you, the team about to get you, the team about to get you right, the team about to get you right. And I be real. The only thing I want to tell y'all is, like, I just told you, thank you for just tuning in, supporting what it is I'm over here doing. Thank you for vibing with me on my podcast. Thank you for liking, commenting, subscribing, sharing, you know, copying the link, putting in the group chat, like all of y'all helping. So I appreciate that, and don't forget to tag me like, if a certain episode spoke out to you, or like, or you just want me to go deeper into, like, a certain topic or a certain focus, or I just, I kind of left it open ended, and I didn't get to what you expected me to get to. I want you to hear me in my DMs. I want you to comment that and say that. Because, in reality, if you don't ever open your mouth, how am I know You expected me to remember something from like, the third grade dog, I promise you, like, I'm not even the same person I was in the third grade. So it's like, I don't remember. Like, if you got like, literally, let Ruth Chris handle the beef. Ain't that what they saying? Wish, wish we Cardi B in them. Did they say that somewhere in the zone? Maybe I forgot. I don't know, go look it up. True, False, okay, but don't forget to tag me like, and listen. We get it popping in my comments. All right, a lot of y'all still scared, though, a lot of y'all not ready to use that microphone and I get it. Okay, I ain't upset, though. I'm really not upset. You're home girl old enough, so let her speak up this season. Like, let her be in the comments. Because, in reality, she trying to, she really trying to get featured, but she don't really know how to ask. So over here, we empower people to embrace the life that God has given to them. So we just go, kind of honor the fact that she was bold, because I'm sure the woman with the issue of blood had to be bold. You. You don't want us go pop it in the group chat. You ain't gonna pop it in real life. Stand on what you feel. If that's how you feel. Let's talk about it. Me and mine are ripping our follicles out because we actually are over here, taking our collagen, you know what I'm saying, building our immune system. I'm gonna be real with you. If y'all trying to understand how the skin out here glistening, what I'm gonna need you to do is, I'm need you to go ahead click that link and let's book that call. We got to talk about some stuff, and that form literally allows you to tell and like literally allow us to build a personalized, like, individualized like, not an IEP, but a IEP. Let's talk about it.
